What Is Telehealth Care?
Telehealth lets you meet with your provider by secure video instead of driving to our office. It’s the same care you would get in person: a full evaluation, a personalized treatment plan, and regular follow-up visits to make sure your medication is working. Many patients find it easier to stay consistent with care when appointments fit into a lunch break or happen from home.
Telehealth is available to adults located in North Carolina at the time of the visit. If you prefer to meet face to face, you can also see us in person at our Asheville office on Hendersonville Road.

Why Choose Telehealth?
Real psychiatric care, without the drive.
Same Providers
You meet with Cindy or Jodi, the same board-certified providers who see patients in our office.
No Commute
Skip the drive and the waiting room. Join from home, work, or anywhere private in NC.
Statewide Access
Care is available anywhere in North Carolina, from the mountains to the coast.
Private & Secure
Visits take place over a secure, private video connection that protects your information.
Ongoing Support
We provide regular follow-up appointments to make sure your treatment is working and feeling right.
Coordinated Care
We work with your therapist and other providers to support your overall wellness journey.
What Can Be Treated by Telehealth?
Many of the conditions we treat can be managed well over video. Your provider will let you know if an in-person visit is needed for your care.
Telehealth can be a good fit if you’re dealing with:
- Depression: Persistent sadness, loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed, fatigue, and feelings of worthlessness.
- Anxiety Disorders: Constant worry, panic attacks, obsessive thoughts, or social anxiety that makes it hard to interact with others.
- Insomnia: Trouble falling or staying asleep, waking too early, and daytime fatigue that affects your mood and focus.
- Bipolar Disorder: Extreme mood swings that include emotional highs (mania or hypomania) and lows (depression).
- PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder): Intrusive memories, avoidance of certain situations, negative changes in mood, and hypervigilance following a traumatic event.
- OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder): Unwanted, intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors (compulsions).
- If any of these sound familiar, schedule a telehealth evaluation and we will discuss whether medication is a good option for you.
- Prefer to come in? See our office location and hours.
