Questions before you call?

You can ask about appointments and available services without having your treatment plan figured out.

Is this a residential or inpatient program?

No. Mountain Recovery is an outpatient practice. Call to discuss the service you need; an evaluation determines whether this level of care is appropriate.

Can I have appointments by telehealth?

In-person and telehealth appointments are available. You must be in North Carolina for a telehealth visit. Your provider will discuss whether telehealth is appropriate for your care.
