Questions before you call?

You can ask about appointments and available services without having your treatment plan figured out.

Can I come in for an evaluation without an existing diagnosis?

Yes. An evaluation is an opportunity to discuss your concerns and history. Your provider will explain their assessment and recommended next steps.

Can I have appointments by telehealth?

In-person and telehealth appointments are available. You must be in North Carolina for a telehealth visit. Your provider will discuss whether telehealth is appropriate for your care.

What happens after I request an appointment?

The office will follow up to discuss scheduling and the paperwork needed for your first visit. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.
